This Halloween I carved my very first pumpkin. Didn't turn out quite as nice as yours!

Those are GREAT Jack O'Lanterns. We never have enough patience to make ours look so good. I did come up with a neat way to toast the seed this year, though. We sprinkled them with sugar as well as salt before roasting them. The salt and the sweet make a great combination -- along the same lines as chocolate covered pretzels, but without the chocolate.
