A Baby, A Golf Tournament and Disney World

No real reason why this was chosen as my Best Shot Monday. Maybe because it is all I have.
This week we are on spring break. Here's the scoop...
- We will not be adopting the baby girl of our dreams as hoped. We're good with that.
- The boys and their dad are in a golf tournament today, and I am the official photographer/cart driver. It will be way more fun than The Masters.
- This week our oldest son is at Disney World with his girlfriend and will be popping the question.
Loving life...looking for adventures...will catch you later.
How about you? Do you have some fun planned this week?

that is a lovely flower shot -- hope you are all celebrating good news this week :)!

I think it's a great shot. And since you are the artist, your opinion is clouded. The golf tournament sounds like fun! Yay for popping questions, and even though you will nto be adopting again, I'm sending you a hug. Hope all stays well with you!

Oh, friend.
If you are okay with it, we will be okay with it. If you want to cry over it, send me the word and we'll meet half way. I've got some tears stored up just waiting to fall. I'll bring the Starbucks, you bring the tissues. I'll make pb&j's for the kids.
I can't wait to see the pictures of the golf tournie! How fun for the boys!!
AND HOW FUN THAT YOU WILL GET A DAUGHTER via your sweet oldest boy. I know you protect his identify as much as possible, but we MUST see pictures of their hands so we can imagine their smiling faces.
Love you, friend. Praying for you, as always.

Accckk...I need to learn to read slower. I thought it said you were adopting the girl....I'm so sorry, but glad that you are ok with it. Forgive me for putting my mouth (fingers) in gear before my brain. :-(

Wow! wonderful exciting things happening there! Congrats!(on the engagement), hope it goes well! Lovely soft beautiful colors in your photo. Sorry about the adoption....I'm sure everything is happening exactly as it should, and it's great that you're okay with that.

Popping the question! Wow, that's wonderful news. Disneyland sure sounds like a fun place to have that happen too. :)
I think official photographer of the golfing tournament is a great idea to and sounds like lots of fun. I'm sitting killing time while my step daughter has her physical therapy catching up on some reading. :)

Well, I no longer have a url to leave - though I am thinking of doing another blog on blogger or something - to keep up with the "Joans'" as it where! :)
I love your beautiful picture...and WOW engaged, you dont look old enough to have a son that's old enough to be ENGAGED!!! How did that happen?

Beautiful shot. I am sorry about the adoption news, I know how you wanted it so, but I am glad you are at peace with the decision. We had a very busy week but saw the power of the Lord. My daughter's sweet little friend who is just 3 years-old was in the hospital for 4 days with high fever and odd symptoms. She is home today and doing better.

beautiful photo. I love the soft colors. You may not be getting a baby girl, but sounds like you will be getting daughter-in-law. Still a girl, just a little older. Enjoy all of the wedding craziness.

I just wanted to say how much you have inspired me to keep a note and photos of my precious one. I love photography and i try hard to take good photos, but yours are amazing well captured pieces of art. I will try to take some as often as possible after reading your blog. You also have an amazing way with words, I too have had a go with that but only in cards done to my mother. I really think you should save them and put them in a book . I would love to start from the beginning and hear your amazingwords of inspiration love joy and tears.
